Jayme Dollar-Chavez
Founder and CEO
Jayme Dollar-Chavez was born and raised in The Rose District, and spent her young adulthood living life in the Tulsa Metro and South Tulsa area. She’s an animal lover, a proud auntie, a martial arts hobbyist, and a hard-working professional.
She graduated from Broken Arrow High School, and has a strong love for her hometown of BA! She continued her education in Broken Arrow at Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow. Graduating with a Bachelor’s in Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology in 2019, Jayme then went on to continue her education at NSU’s MBA program.

In late 2021, it became apparent that Jayme’s true goal was to help those around her in a big way – by utilizing her professional experience to help others gain their footing in their new space as business owners.
She has a direct connection to our community, and works hard to understand the needs of our market. After starting Rise Media, it was clear that one of the biggest issues that new business owners were experiencing included the creation and management of their brand and content creation.
Considering the importance of how a brand shows up in the digital age, Jayme set out with one mission – to truly listen to the business owner, so she can define, refine, and amplify their cause!
